This is gentle on the delicate skin around my eyes and throughly removes all of my eye makeup without leaving an oily-feeling film afterward. Bye, Bye, Avon (my go-to for probably the last 40? years). HELLO, Bubble!!! Bubble Wipe Out Makeup Remover leaves my face feeling cleaner and softer. Works well, I love Bubble products, they are quality and basic skincare for those with sensitive, acne-prone, or younger skin. I think this works well as an alternative to makeup remover pads, which leave my skin feeling rough and dirty. This is great because it both cleanses and removes makeup, while leaving my skin more moisturized. Will certainly be repurchasing, the price is great as well.
