Low carb, gluten free Santo Corral cactus tortillas (Pack of 3)

I love these. Delicious, the flavor is amazing. Low calories, low carb, low sodium, lots of fiber! Perfect for what I am looking for in a corn tortilla. The only regret they're too dry and break easily. I am going to microwave them with a wet paper towel to see if it makes them for flexible. Otherwise, no heating - they instantly break and curl up. But overall, still an amazing product for me. I just ordered one more while Black Friday is offering the discount.

These tortillas are great! They have a very good flavor and texture. They are versatile and can be used for tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, or anything you’d use a “traditional” tortilla for. All this, and they are healthy too. Three tortillas are only 100 calories. I also love that they are actually made in Mexico. We get best results by heating them up on a comal a few seconds on each side. Definitely give them a try!

The tortillas were unusable and the cactus taste was not to my liking. Taste was improved by grilling, but texture was not.

I’m gluten free and these nopal tortillas are an incredible find. The texture is soft and flexible, not dry or crumbly. They actually hold up better than corn tortillas and taste great with anything. If you’re gluten-free or just want a lighter option, I definitely recommend them, especially because you get a lot of bang for your buck when compared to most healthy options out there!

I have high blood pressure and am pre-diabetic but love tortillas. I looked around for alternatives to flour. I tried some other cactus tortillas and liked them as an option, then found these. My hunt was over. They check all the boxes. They're fine like they are but they do crumble if you try to roll them. I heat them up in the microwave first if I'm eating them that way. Best option though is fried. Perfect for tostadas or made into chips. And the price is way cheaper than their competitors. I also like the fact that they're just a little smaller which helps greatly with portion control.

My fit go to alternative for Tortillas! I am Mexican and I was looking for a Nopal Tortilla in the USA to decrease my carbs consumption, and this product made me stop looking! I love the texture, flavour and thickness, they are perfect for my guiltless tacos and quesadillas!

This is the second time purchasing and will be buying again! Tortillas add a subtle unique cactus flavor that went well in my tacos. And after toasting, had solid crunch and a nice chew. The low calories is an extra plus, makes eating tacos less of a guilty pleasure.
