Can't believe this works... We like to chop and freeze whole bunches of bananas for smoothies and this product makes that process a whole lot faster.

How do you clean the blades after use? Putting it in the dishwasher will NOT clean the blades completely. In addition the device lists "Strong Wire String" which is not the case. it is made up of thin plastic strips which appear like they might break trying to clean them!

This thing works really well, especially if you are doing multiple bananas for something like a fruit salad. Time will tell how it holds up.

Slightly thicker slices than most others. I freeze dry as well as dehydrate. This tool has worked perfectly. Slices are approx 1cm thick
