I like to use this product the night before I plan to wash my hair because it helps add thickness and shine to my hair. It also feels very nice and cool on the scalp, and it helps me feel calm. It does leave the hair a bit greasy, but it is great for sleeping with it in before you wash your hair or using it if you're doing a slick back for the day. It's unscented, which isn't bad, but I think this product would be even more of a hit if it had a bit of lavender to it. That would make the product even more calming!

absolutely adore this product! i massaged it into my scalp right before bed & when i woke up the next morning as soon as i washed it out my hair was so soft & i noticed less shedding than usual. not to mention i had a great night’s rest, would recommend.

Don't buy - All this product did was add lots of greasy oil to my hair.
