Seems to work but I found that reading was effected by ware in front of HVAC I held the kestrel **Q: How about the selling price for 5 each?** A: It would be $145.99 each **Q: What is the weight in grams?** A: Very light. I’ve used it on multiple surveys. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality product. *by C***O on 25 May 2025* Well made and works, unlike some other cheaper anemometers. ### ⭐ Calibration issues Kestrel 3000 *by G***S on 11 February 2025* Although i think the kestrel is a superb bit of kit that gives so much important information out and about on the hills i have a massive issue with the calibration which makes you question all the other data being given. I went out in the latest storm Eowyn Jan 2025 and as it built up our local military airfield 2 miles away recorded 82mph. I could only get one gust at nearly 40mph but mostly around 24mph when i struggled to stand upright???? The manufacturer was a great help and told me there’s a potential fault. Refund and return was no problem but another customer expressed a similar issue on a review but with another sensor reading so ive opted to not even replace it as I’ve lost faith.
