Housewares 60-Cup (Cooked) (30-Cup UNCOOKED) Commercial Rice Cooker, Stainless Steel Exterior (ARC-1130S), Silver

This marks my fourth purchase of this product over the past five years. The reason for these repeated purchases is product failure. Nevertheless, I continue to buy this specific model because I previously used a unit that cost more than twice as much; while that expensive model never technically "broke down," its inner pot, rubber gasket, and bimetallic components eventually wore out, resulting in rice that simply didn't taste right. My conclusion is that it is best to replace a rice cooker after about a year of use—which is precisely why I continue to stick with this particular product.

Excellent work great

We bought this Aroma 60 cup rice cooker for commercial use, and it has performed great. I followed the manual’s instructions and always got perfect results, even when cooking the maximum amount of rice. It cooks evenly, doesn’t get mushy on the bottom, and is very easy to clean. We’ve used it about 10–12 times over the past year, and it still works like new. Overall, no complaints — very reliable and highly recommended.

Bad quality, its just a rice cooker not a rice warmer ! If you keep rice inside it for couple hours it smells so bad ! I think it has an issue with keeping rice at safe temperature to keep it fresh for couple hours after cooking it .

it was trial and error for perfect rice, not so easy at first but you get the hang of it. I didn't notice any burning smell as some would when using a new project but I found that instructions for water and rice ratio was way off and made dried rice so I followed my elders rice and measure with finger and palm method (IYKYK). Other than that, it's an awesome size. One pot of cooked rice (60cups) makes an overflowing large Costco foil pan. I wouldn't reconnmend doing the full 30 cups though as sometimes a little less gives it breathing room to expand more. The pot is non stick and easy to clean which made it a breeze to cook 4 rounds within 6 hours. It's commercial quality and function as should.

This is the best cooker you may ever have. It is ideal for catering businesses. It has a great closing mechanism that allows for an hermetic seal to cook/steam the rice to perfection. We use it mostly for the Cuban traditional congri rice (rice and beans) and it does the job perfectly. No sticking to the bottom or uneven cooking, it cooks very well.
