Every single key, lights up very bright, unlike non backlit keyboards out there, that only have lights sporadically placed throughout the board. **Q: can the mouse and keyboard be plugged into a 3.0 usb port and work** A: Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily.
