Danish Design The Ultimate 2 in 1 Dog Coat with Light Reflective Band

My 9mth old cockapoo measured 54cm but I went for 50cm because he is quite dinky in build and I was worried it would be too wide in the body. I'm glad I sized down, 55cm would've been massive on him. He still has a bit of room to fill out but it fits great in length. The velcro strap is at its tightest so more velcro would've been good. I do love the coat though! Alfie gets shivery when he's out and this keeps him cosy. The yellow is lovely and bright against his black fur so I can spot him easily. I love that you can take the Fleece out in warmer weather and still keep him dry. His belly and chest are covered so I only really have his legs to dry. He doesn't mind wearing it at all and the leg starps are nice and wide so they don't tangle in his fur. They aren't tight either. Highly recommended!

We've had this coat for a few weeks and it's been throughly tested out in the last few days! It held up well on our general evening walks - about 2 miles with rain off and on. But what really impressed me was our weekend walk in the Peak District. The heavens opened up - 2 hours non stop rain - it was a deluge! I was prepared for a soggy doggy when I lifted the coat off her, but to my surprise she was bone dry underneath! I'm very impressed! The coat itself is durable and well designed, especially the area under the chest. It was very simple to measure up - we got the 18 inch for our small collie cross and it fits perfectly (apart from the center strap - see below). The fleece lining is very easy to remove and re-attach. We don't use the rear leg bands but they are very handy. I like how the grey strap round the middle is completely reflective. The ONLY criticism would be that there needs to be more velco around the middle strap. Our dog is very slim and we either have the band hanging loose or it sticks up where it over laps. We use a harness over the top which keeps it snug to her anyway, but I imagine this would be a pain otherwise, especially in the wind.

Great warm coat for my Bolognese. I bought the 14 inch which is only slightly too long. It is very cozy, very easy to put on, as you just push her head through and fasten on top. I had to wash it after the first time worn as it was so muddy, very easy to wash and tumble and still looked new, it didn't shrink. She is well protected and I could use her harness under it as both fleece and coat have a button hole. This is one of the few coats that has the velcro on top which makes it so much easier for longhaired dogs because with the coats bought from the pet shop, even when you fastened the velcro very precisely, with the running that they do, her fur got stuck into the velcro, which makes it painful for your dog to take it off. Good quality, waterproof and looks really good.

Great quality and performance. I have been buying this design/brand for years and would recommend. But I have found that the fit is different than when I purchased one a few years ago, it is a lot bigger. I have 11 month old show cocker spaniels, this size has plenty of room and is a bit big at the moment, so hopefully they will grow into them.

Super little dog coat. Effective for rain (outer layer), cold (inner fleece) and dogs (such as mine!) who disappear into woods and come out without their coat (THIS stays on!!). It goes on over the head, has a little hole to pop your lead through, wraps comfortably around the middle with a Velcro strap and has two elastic straps that fix over the back legs. Not to mention that they are great looking!! if I had to say a 'minus' point it would be that the elastic straps are a tad tight. Ordered a size too small, so make sure you measure the length of your dog before ordering. I got the 14" for my mini schnauzer but was too short in length and not big enough in the middle. Now got a 16" and it is perfect!! He wore it for the first time yesterday and was complimented many times so might get one for myself!!!!

Love this 2in1 coat for my black German shepherd dog. The quality is very good and the colour is brilliant for early morning and late night walks, very reflective as my dog is pure black so need to be seen and keep safe . I ordered the size 70cm but this was too big on the front part of her chest ,so I ordered the 65cm and this fits lovely . My dog is female so is smaller than the males , but I'm sure 70cm or 75 cm sizes would be perfect for the larger shepherd dog. Totally waterproof ,Would recommend this coat .

I loved this coat when I first bought it 17 months ago. It was waterproof and fitted my dog well, and I loved the fact that the fleece lining was removable in the warmer months. However, it is now no longer fully waterproof, my dog's fur was wet when we got home after our walk in the rain this morning.

Fits our dog like a glove keeps it warm and dry inwet and cold weather. Excellent for night walks makes dogs stand out.

We love this doggie coat. Fits nice, easy to put on. Having the two-in-one feature (inner liner re-movable) is appreciated. Without the liner it is a great rain-coat, with the liner it is a great cold weather coat.

Ce manteau est très bien fini, confortable et isolant. Le chien est très bien protégé, imperméable et chaud car doublure polaire. Pour un prix dérisoire. Pas suffisant peut-être par temps de neige.
