Multivitamin for Women 18+ & Daily Gut Health Support, 30 Days Supply

On my third week of taking this supplement and it is the first vitamin that I've ever taken daily for an extended amount of time, not because I didn't intend to or wasn't trying, but because it is NOT a horrible experience taking it. I am getting benefits because of my regularity in taking them and most of this comes from them not tasting horrible and being in an easy to swallow, human sized capsule form. Additionally they make the capsules minty, spearmint to be exact. There is no nauseating after taste and they don't stick in your throat like almost every other vitamin I've come across in my life. I also find the design of the capsules rather clever; they are clear and there is a liquid suspension that contains small beads. This is so one part is absorbed in the upper digestive tract and the other is allowed to pass to the intestinal tract where it will do the most good instead of being mostly digested in the stomach. This is so smart. Add to all of this the attractive container with a minimalist design and all of this is a win. For me the price is worth the fact that I am actually taking them whereas I've spent $100s on supplements that are still living in a cabinet somewhere because I meant to take them, but subconsciously avoided them, therefore becoming a giant waste of money. I will be getting these again and trying out some of their other products.

A friend of mine recommended ritual. I was contemplating purchasing for a while. When she shared her experience I thought why not! I’ve been seeking more natural, easy to digest, and better tasting vitamins! The mint flavoring does it for me. They smell so good! The quality is great.

I liked the idea of trying these, but got the fish burps all day from these vitamins. Probiotics are ok but didn’t notice much difference to be honest. Highly recommend Wholesome Wellness Digestive Enzymes!!! Less bloating less tummy troubles. It’s been the best pre/pro/post biotic I’ve purchased on Amazon.
