Excellent performance very pleased with it.

It had been opened previously and repackaged. The wall mount was missing. But most importantly, the recharger unit has a US-style flat-pin plug and needs a 240 volt to 120 volt transformer to work in the UK. So I had to buy the transformer separately (available for £11 on Amazon). It would have been useful to have this information in the product description as it could be a major safety issue if a simple plug adaptor was used instead of a transformer.

Anyone in the UK will need a transformer to change the voltage from 120v to the UK 230v. When a product of the different voltage is sold here is silly.

It really isn’t made clear on the description that this is a US product, it doesn’t come with a UK compatible plug so needs a separate converter plug adding additional cost Would never have purchased if this had been made clear and think this is definitely shady practice….but given the low view the US has off the world what do you expect from an American company

Didn't realise it had an american plug. It vacuums up great. Bought an adapter so I could charge it. It takes forever to charge and power only lasts 10 seconds. Useless .

Had to return this item as it is incompatible with the British electric circuit, sending it back was a total pain as it had to go back to the USA where it was sent from.

To date NO replies from Amazon or the supplier. This is a major safety issue. The product supplied had a charger for 120v and USA flat pin connection. If used in the UK plus an adaptor it will catch fire.

My 83 yr old Mother-in-Law purchased this item to replace her old B+D dustbuster. Fortunately managed to get a refund. Great product. Works awesome and charge is long. Easy to use and the extending nose is perfect

Its very powerful and easy to use item. Good quality and easy to clean. The only problem i had is the charger which was not compatible with the power at home.

Funciona excelente, y es muy potente para su tamaño. Es mucho menos ruidosa que una aspiradora normal y la pila mas o menos dura unos 15-20 mins, lo cual para el uso que le doy me queda perfecto. Es facil de limpiar solo que en casa con gatos pues en cada uso tengo que hacerlo porque se llena el filtro de pelos. El unico ‘pero’ que le pondria es que tarda mucho en cargarse, he hecho varias pruebas, porque la uso cada 2 dias mas o menos y para que cargue al 100% desde 0 deben ser unas 7-8 hrs

I had kind of low expectations for this vacuum considering its amazon, and its pretty low on the price scale. We kind of just expected it would "get the job done for now but would eventually be replaced" However... We have had this thing for well over a year now and this little vacuum has been holding its own as our tool for the entire house. Its suction is... okay, its good enough. Only time I could ask for more is when cleaning fur off the couch, you have to do a couple passes to get everything. But overall considering how compact this little dude is its the perfect fit for someone who wants to clean messes up without lugging a giant heavy vacuum around. We also keep it hung up on the dock and plugged in whenever not in use. Only for extremely large tasks like vacuuming the ENTIRE apartment when we were moving out did its battery actually die, but thats not a normally realistic scenario. For just general house use and cleaning as you go, more than good enough. PS: It's also a very good way to deal with spiders.
