I have carpel tunnel syndrome and am awaiting surgery. My hands can get very painful and I have found that using this tape really helps to support my hands/wrists so i can function as normal throughout the day. The tape is of very good quality, I have used several different types of tape and have found that these stick so much better than cheaper brands. The stickiness of the tape is very good and strong. They are great value for money and would fully recommend. I also love that they have many different designs.

Love this tape, its adhesive properties are second to none. It is a great support tape.

The best at staying in place, even after a shower or swimming

Was recommended this brand so got it and chose a pretty colour, sadly the colour was 'off' wasn't so bright and had a lot of dark black lines, im assuming from a printer roller or something BUT this didn't effect use and although its not as pink as I hoped its held on well and hopefully my shoulder continues to heal (torn tendon and muscle. Physio has taped and recorded how to do it at home, she recommended this particular brand)

Value for money just what I wanted

I have tried several different makes of tape, this one isn't as stretchy as some, but gives excellent support, it is a good thick quality and is applied easily, will buy again.

I find that this tape does what it says on the tin, so far I have used it on the top of my foot for a strain and I could carry on running with out any pain. I have also used it on my lower back for a Sacroiliac joint pain which has seems to take away the discomfort. The tape can be a bit fiddly to apply I don't always get right. It will stay in place for several days but I would replace after a couple of days if required. The tape does not fix the problem but helps to carry on with normal life. Not cheap but I would not be without it. I would buy again.

I really looked forward to using this tape, but boy does my skin not like the adhesive. I can use it for a day then have to take it off. I bought this product as it was hypoallergenic, if you have sensitive skin - please avoid.
