A month ago we started hearing a rumbling sound when the bidet was in use, so we reached out to customer support and Lee was prompt in responding to our inquiry and helping us troubleshoot the issue via a video chat. When the issue couldn't be resolved on the initial call, he realized what the root cause was and that it required a replacement part. He requested replacement part to be shipped to our house and it was received timely. He also provided an easy to follow Youtube video on how to replace the part.
