Does it come with the olives?

Mine came with olives when I ordered them, so I cannot see why they should be any different now

Please could I use 15mm brass compression fitting on 15mm mdpe pipe and join to 15mm copper?

It is better to use a plastic compression fitting (Hep2o or polyplumb) as they have a washer which allows for expansion and contraction. These can be used on copper or MDPE.
