After researching w list of supplements that can help with gut health, I landed on this product because it contained everything articles said help. I am here to say after one bottle I am absolutely amazed how well this works and how much better I feel. If you struggle with a weighty feeling stomach or regularity like I did, this works amazing for both. if you are struggling I highly recommend you take a chance and just see for yourself. $25-$30 is a small price to pay for feeling and being well. I struggled with that too, as I'm careful with money, but I found this was worth it. It has a very okay (not unpleasant) a green tea flavor/after taste basically like powdered green tea, and it smells like it too when you open the bottle. Not bad tasting at all. Capsules are clear and powder inside is visible. Likely can be opened and mixed into a drink if you don't like dissolves le plasticy clear pills. lastly I will say, these work insanely quickly. Of you haven't gone in awhile. you will very soon. And you'll feel better.

Easy to swallow

I have no idea if others have experienced this, but when I take this supplement regularly, I am calmer, less jittery, and just feel more settled. Seems to help me be more intentional about healthy food choices, rather than grazing all day because I think I'm hungry. I will buy again when I run out.

It actually has been helping my digestive system.

I have been taking these for iver a week, but have yet to determine if it is doing anything. It taste great, i am a gummy person, and the size is appropriate. I will reevaluate the product when I see the benefits.

This product really works, but give it 10 days for your body to get used to it. I was constipated for quite a while but now am going on a regular basis. Take 2 caps a day, evert day. Do not skimp.
