Elle garde le froid, je n'ai pas encore testé le chaud mais une amie l'a depuis plusieurs mois et elle me confirme l'efficacité du produit sur ce point. Elle est légère et plus intéressant, vu que c'est une gourde en alu sans BPA, elle n'a aucune odeur ni goût désagréable comme on pourrait s'y attendre avec une gourde standard.
