They definitely look nicer than traditional ankle/wrist weights - the design is sleek and they come in great colors - but functionally, they’re just okay. They’re comfortable enough to wear, but I did notice they can feel a bit warm and sweaty (I'm sure all of these types of bands do!) Who it’s for: If you want cute, Instagram-worthy weights that encourage you to move more, you’ll love them. if you wanna save money and buy a cheaper alternative, I don't think you'll notice the difference

I bought these mostly for walking and light workouts. They definitely look nicer than traditional ankle/wrist weights - the design is sleek and they come in great colors - but functionally, they’re just okay. They’re comfortable enough to wear, but I did notice they can feel a bit warm and sweaty (I'm sure all of these types of bands do!) Who it’s for: If you want cute, Instagram-worthy weights that encourage you to move more, you’ll love them. if you wanna save money and buy a cheaper alternative, I don't think you'll notice the difference
