Update: I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they replaced my faulty unit. I’m so used to this towel warmer that I don’t think I can live without it, especially on colder days. Bought this towel warmer on July 11, 2023. Used it on a daily basis, very solid performance. Evenly warms one towel. Fits two towels, but maybe because of the volume, circulation is not too well and you get hot/cold spots. It suddenly stopped working on Feb. 22, 2025. Had a good run, but would've liked it to work for longer. Looking for a different brand for more durable product.

It’s big but it’s taller than it is wide so it fits nicely in a corner and it’s very lightweight and easy to move. How we use it: Turn it on when we first get in the bathroom and drop our towel in like you are placing it in a hamper. We have regular and big towels. Within 10 to 15 minutes the towel is warm. We usually only heat 1 towel at a time but it has worked well with 2 towels at once. This is not a microwave so you do need some patience with heating towels. We never tried rolling towels or packing more than 2 at a time, that could lead to performance problems. We do use it every day and it is simple to use and convenient. The default 15 minutes always works for us even if it turns off before we get out of the shower. We have also used it with a pair of sweatpants and sweatshirt and it was magical.

Waste of money! The product stopped working after a couple months of use. I took the item apart to inspect the damage and found one of the coils in the heating element had exploded. ChatGPT said the damage could not be repaired, so unfortunately this will be thrown out.

Really warms up towels, bathrobes, etc wonderfully! Greatest pleasure getting out of the shower and grabbing a nice warm towel to wrap yourself in! Only thing I didn’t like is that the insides of the bucket get extremely hot! If you accidentally rub your hand on the side whilst grabbing the towel, you will get burned! Same thing does not happen with the sides of a clothes dryer, for example. Might be warm but not burning hot. Just a precaution.

I gave them a bad review at first because I had contacted them about their product and they did not initially get right back to me, but they reached out to me and sent us a replacement product. You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Zadro for showing all the other companies how to treat their customers. It worked great for awhile, but then quit working. Did not have it a year. Reached out to the company and did not receive a response. This is a lot of money to spend for it to quit working so quickly.

My husband bought this as an early birthday present for me to have as I was recovering from hip surgery. I love, love love this towel warmer! I am always cold especially in the cold, damp northeast winters. Full disclosure, I have only used it in my "warm bathroom" with the shower stall. That bathroom has plenty of room to store under the pedestal sink and the cord is long enough to move the unit closer to the shower stall for easy to reach access. It is a very large for my regular size bath towel, turbin hair towel and my first layer of clothing. The ONLY thing to watch out for is the power button is sensitive to turn off. There is nothing worse than thinking your towels are warm and realize you inadvertently turned the unit off. It feels oh so decadent.... But, It makes me happy and grateful every single time I use it!

This is our second warmer from this brand that we have purchased. When searching for a new one this fell in the middle price wise. As tempting as it was to go with a less expensive model, sometimes you get what you pay for. I did read some of the reviews on this and some complaints about it only lasting a few years. Well I will say that ours did last approximately 2.5 years, but with 3 people using it daily I feel that was an acceptable life expectancy. This thing is game changer for your bath or shower routine. It heats up your towels or robe and is such an embrace wrapping the warmth around you after stepping out of a shower. I remember the first time my husband used it he called me at work and was like OMG this thing is amazing. One of those little luxuries you never knew you wanted or needed until you had it. I will definitely continue to purchase this brand as I know what it does and it does what we love.

Love love, love this, especially in the winter. you can put your towel, your robe and your slippers inside at the same time . Highly recommend and perfect as a gift.

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Not a good quality ! Do not waste your money

Bought for Christmas grandkids were very happy

I bought 2 of these within 3 months of each other. One has completely failed and won't turn on and the 2nd one is getting more difficult to turn on each day. Not likely to last another month, based on the one that has already failed. I suspect the switches are of very poor integrity and fail easily. It is disappointing, because initially the towel warmer worked great...so much so that I bought a second one. Add to that the price has jumped by almost a $100 in the last year. I reached out to Amazon, but was told I needed to deal with the Seller directly. Good luck with that. There are numerous reviews with exactly this same problem. Bottom line....."AVOID THIS PRODUCT."
