The Mug looks wonderful! The picture is clear and vivid. Great job. Much nicer than the graphic shows. My only suggestion is to try to get a program that shows the customer exactly what the mug will look like when it is finished. I had no idea that "both sides" meant the picture is on both sides as well as the text! That was a happy surprise. The wonder paw prints around the mug were another very beautiful feature. Very nice mug. My husband LOVED it!

The media could not be loaded. Shipped fast and it looks great !It’s a little blurry but it’s fine cause I know my daughter will LOVE to see her original character she made on her very own mug ! It’s a little smaller than I expected . It’s lightweight and seems to be a good value for the 20$ or so .I paid extra for the styrofoam around the cup but I feel like that should have been included anyway . I paid for a gift box and to be honest why wouldn’t it come in a box anyway also ?All in all it’s very nice, great coloring and I hope it lasts a very long timeWill order again from this company

The mug seems well made. The pictures look good, if a bit... yellowed, but not bad at all. Would be nice if they provided a color profile or something so you can adjust, but like I say, it's not Far off, I'm just a photographer. Still very good. Seems solid, only time will tell what washing does to it but so far so good. The print is clear as well, and I like that you can have different things on the 2 sides.Best of all she Loves it :)

The images were extremely clear! The quality was better than I expected and the images were smooth. After several uses and washes (dishwasher) the pictures look just as good as when I first opened it! Shipping was prompt on first mug and delay on second ordered mug was quickly rectified. Will definitely order these again!

There are many companies that produce basically the same product. This company has twice provided me just what I wanted, on time, and at a comparatively low price. So, I’m not going to fix what ain’t broke.

I designed this cup for a mentor of mine at the end of my postdoctoral fellowship. I am SO IMPRESSED with the quality of the work and how fast the mug came. The seller was responsive and kind when I reached out for clarification. The design was an exact replica of what I ordered. I’m almost certain it was shipped the same day I ordered it. I was also pleasantly surprised with the cute box that it was packaged in, which saved me from having to buy a gift bag (I selected the ship in protective packaging option). I will absolutely use this seller again for any customization needs I have in the future.

The mug came on time and looked exactly like the proof. The print quality of the photos on the front and back were good and the gift recipient was very pleased.
