Chewable L Theanine 200mg, L-Theanine Supplement for Stress Relief, 50 Chewable Tablets, 50 Day Supply

Got these mainly for stress and focus during work and they’ve been surprisingly good. Taste is actually decent. I was expecting that chalky vitamin taste but it’s more like a light sweet chewable, not bad at all. Do they actually help with stress? Yes but subtle. I usually take one in the morning or mid-day and it kinda smooths things out mentally. Helps with focus too, feels easier to stay on task without overthinking everything. Also like that it’s from Nature Made since they’re pretty well known brand and I trust the quality more than random name or never heard of brands. No side effects for me so far. No drowsiness either which I was a little concerned about. If you’re wondering can you take this daily? from what I’ve seen yes, and it’s a 50 day supply so it lasts a while. Overall solid supplement if you want something simple for stress support and focus without going overboard. I’ll probably reorder.

Tastes ok, good quality and does wonders for my sleep. Works quickly for anxiety. Definitely a favorite supplement of mine. I don't like to take much of anything but this does help me greatly to stay asleep without a lot of grogginess in the morning, like medication or melatonin might have. If you're neurospicy, it's worth a try!

One of my friends told me about l-theanine and it has changed the game for me. Within about 10 minutes, you can actually feel your shoulders start to drop away from around your ears. So if you're stressed, definitely think about adding this to your arsenal. I keep them on my desk and as soon as things to get a bit too chaotic, I can take one and it takes the edge off. I find that if I take it every day, sometimes proactively and/or before bed, this helps keep my baseline stress at a much more manageable level. I have told all of my friends about this, too. Now, I have these on a subscribe and save so I never run out.

I have been trying to get something claim and peace supplements. I’d give this 4 out of 5 stars. It tastes good and is very convenient to take without water. I noticed a gentle calming effect that helps take the edge off stress while still staying focused and alert. The only downside is that the flavor can be a bit strong, but overall it works well and I’d recommend it for everyday use.

I'm generally not a big fan of supplements and have found most to not fulfill their claims of what they can do. But I think this one really does work. Don't expect a big effect like with benzodiazepines but it does seem to take the edge off without making you drowsy. I think it does improve sleep a little by relaxation without feeling sleepy. One negative is that they are chewable and I'm not a fan of the taste but it's tolerable. Tried a capsule version from another company to avoid the taste but it caused stomach cramps for me. Can't guarantee it will work for you and don't expect miracles but it caused me no side effects, doesn't require a prescription, not addictive, and you won't build a tolerance and need to increase the dosage.

I purchased this for the flavor so i would not forget to take my ltheanine consistently. I usually use now brand and have also used sports nutrition (i believe so far i have seen the later might work best - but will have to try it out again) regardless- taking either of the latter ltheanine supplements have given me calm. But for some reason this one I have been feeling the on edge sensation far longer. I think i am one of those people that gets highly stimulated by yummy flavors so it leaves me unsatisfied and uneasy.

No existe nada que me haga dormir como esto. Me sirven para conciliar el sueño. No sé que tenga esta versión de pastillas masticables que no tienen otras fórmulas pero una pastilla o dos máximo y en media hora estoy dormida. Desearía que tuvieran más productos similares o que el vendedor hiciera ofertas. Me volvería su fiel compradora. El precio por ahora es elevado. Pero vale la pena.
