2 of the zip ties were broken and so was the clear plastic piece, therefore it was not secure and slides.

I've only used it for short while but it's made a huge difference. My stethescope falling while bent over patients is no longer an issue. The magnets are strong and hold together well. Theyre definitley made to last as the magnets are not glued in, they are screwed into the case. Repeated pulling apart shouldnt be an issue. 10/10 recommend.

Needed these at work because my stethoscope would keep slipping off and I did not want to damage it as they are so expensive. This loc is the best solution. I'm able to keep my stethoscope with me, but also be hands free when having to move patients, etc.

I have a Littmann CORE Eko that just doesn't sit well around the neck since it hangs very heavy to one side but this thing solves that problem. This thing keeps my heavy steth right in place. No more sliding off my neck. Will definitely be recommending this to others in the field.
