This helmet runs a bit snug compared to others I’ve worn, so I would strongly recommend going one size up from your normal helmet size, especially if you’re between sizes. Because of the tighter fit, I ended up giving this helmet to my little sister, and it fits her perfectly and comfortably. I have been using this helmet for almost a year now (I think). Very pleased with the quality, fit, size, and value for the money. The helmet is well made. Interior foam is holding up well. I have both mirror and clear visors. (clear was sold separately, that was the only negative). Easy to change out visors. Air vents work well if leaning forward. When I replace my helmet it will be with another Hax. I purchased based on others reviews after crashing.

So by reading other reviews I figured out these run about one full size smaller than listed. That worked out perfect for me because I have a head that needs something at the larger end of large, and at the smaller end of XL. So I got a perfect fit and the helmet looks awesome. Pictures are not as vivid as it is in person. There are color schemes to match just about any bike. The protection it offers -- as rated by others here -- seems excellent as well if ever needed. It shipped and arrived pretty fast also. Overall, I feel like this might have been one of my best purchases ever on Amazon. It has a flip down visor, and a button ypu can slide to lower the built in goggles which can be operated independently. No clear visor is included unfortunately so that's a bit of a nuisance to be fair. I'll dock it a star for that. It has good vents that are easily operated. It does fog quickly if vents are shut. But overall, I say it is a good helmet and worth $50.

This helmet is the most beautiful 😍 helmet I have ever seen. It is snug, in a good way. I know enough to know that it will loosen over time, xxl would have been less snug but would not be as safe incase of a need for it to protect the head. Did I say it was beautiful??? #FML

I like this helmet a lot I ordered a second one but size small this time. However the visor arrived with a deep scratch. I had ordered the clear visor but can’t find this exact visor for obsidian model. I will be trying to contact the, directly. Hopefully they can send me this exact color visor but mirror chrome gold. They have it but for a different model of HAX helmet that won’t fit mine. Update! I contacted support for the missing pieces and they very kindly and generously resolved my issue. Brand spanking new helmet with all attachments. No scratches, or issues at all! Honestly I love this helmet and it’s features. 1. Stylish 2. Comfortable 3.DOT & ECE ratings 4. Feels really light, the flip down sunglasses visor thing sounds cheap when opening it, and the padding doesn't smoosh my face. Some might think these are bad qualities, but I've got an HJC modular helmet and a side from night riding I think I'll definitely use this HAX. I like how light it is, when I get hit with cross winds on the highway I feel like a bobble head in the HJC, also my face is wicked smooshed in my HJC. Cool looking helmet though, I like the nose guard, and I like the mirror tinted visor. For the price though I feel like they could've thrown in a clear visor. Oh well, gives me a reason to use my HJC. Sick buy, wish I would've waited though because it went on sale 2 days after I purchased it. Another note, they seem to run kind of small, my HJC is a XXL so I bought the same size for this helm but it definitely feels a little smaller. Nothing I can't deal with but something to think about when buying.

If anyone says the helmet is bad they're full of it. It is really nice quality for the price. The size fits firm. Well insulated. I don't feel wind coming through it like cheaper helmets. I ride with headphones so not sure about wind noise but I do know I dont hear any wind with my music playing like my cheaper helmet. Visor doesn't fall stays in place. Definitely recommend
