I can’t really say anything but positive about these chairs. I have the L and XL. At 5’11” -230lbs, I am able to lean it back and go to sleep fully on my side. I work 50 hours a week from this chair. Warranty is great and customer service matches. It’s one of the most solid chairs out there. Fan for life and my first consideration in buying office or gaming furniture and accessories.

I bought my chair a couple of years back and it has been the best purchase! The seat is well made and comfortable. After awhile my arm rest started to peel so, I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement, as each chair comes with 2-3 year warranty, 5 years if you show it off and tag Secretlab on social media. Both the live chat representative and Customer Service Specialist were amazing! They showed that care about the customer and are willing to help! Buying this chair was defiantly worth it! Thank You again!

The arm of the chair snapped off for no reason in particular. After about 4 months I have finally received the replacement seat base. Now I have to take apart and reassemble the whole thing. Not thrilled with the warranty process. The chair is sweet tho when its working.

This is clearly a scam item extremely cheap materials for 800+ the fact anyone is buying is is ridiculous

Love the chair and the support! After a year, my seat had one tiny spring coming off (it wasn’t bothering seating, just cosmetics) and right after I requested replacement, it was shipped and the new sear arrived within a week! Highly recommend! 5 year warranty is awesome!

Easy setup! Comes in beautiful secretlab boxes and once setup. Never have I felt a chair more comfortable and made me feel like I can get more stuff done thanks secretlabs

This broke almost immediately, and trying to get the company to honor their warranty was a nightmare. (They never sent a replacement part, 4 weeks 64 emails and I had all my receipts) Had to just throw it away and buy a different brand. Defective product don't buy!
