Nice "LITTLE" syringe
I haven't used it a lot but it seems to be adequate for flushing ear canal. I hadn't realized just how tiny 2oz is.

Not Great For My Needs
The bulb might work on an infant but it does not work for what I needed it for to get water out of my ears . I noticed the suction isn't very strong.
