We have tried this product once before sometime, it was good. This time however, as soon as we opened the sealed bag there was a smell just like an old garbage container. It's unfair to give one star, as I thing while shipping, handling or storing it got moistened which caused the food to be rotten. I was refunded eventually. So I'm rating it as 4 star and will re-order again for a second chance. Also the delivery guy delivered it (threw it) to the third building away from mine and the guy who received my package kindly called me and personally delivered it to my doorstep! Thanks Amazon and store/supplier/seller and thanks to the kind neighbor

I bought the Purepet Real Chicken Adult Dry Cat Food (7kg) hoping to give my cats a high-quality diet. The large "Formula in USA" label made me believe it was an imported product, but I later realized it’s made in India. While my cats eat it without issues, the quality isn’t as premium as I expected. Pros: Good packaging and presentation Cats seem to like the taste Affordable for a 7kg pack Cons: Misleading branding with "USA formula" prominently displayed Product quality feels average, not premium Could offer better ingredients for the price My Conclusion: Purepet Real Chicken Cat Food is okay for everyday feeding, but the packaging gives off a premium vibe that doesn't match the actual product quality. It's a reasonable option if you're on a budget, but I would recommend exploring better alternatives if quality is a priority.

It falls into the non-returnable category, making it a non-complaint-worthy product. It's a complete waste of money.This product smells very foul and is not at all suitable for a cat to eat.And what can I say about this product?I have been raising cats for almost 8 years but I have never seen such a bad product in my life.I had ordered the product trusting Amazon but Amazon did not help me at all regarding this product for which I am very angry with Amazon.I'm absolutely astonished that Amazon even sells products like this on its website, causing so much trouble for others. It's especially disappointing that such products are available in the cat food categoery.I'm not the only one with this type of feedback. There are many more such feedbacks out there that will tell you more about this product and how poorly the company has made it, causing the cats to suffer.
