I have the issue of my neck curve being straighter than it’s supposed to be, and causing migraines, and neck/upper back pain. This pillow did take a good 4-6 weeks to get used to, but once I acclimated to sleeping on my back, and my neck adjusted to this pillow I’ve been waking much more refreshed, and less sore. I started with it just flat, and am now using it worth the 2 pieces folded to give a little extra height. It is soft, but the pillow is ridged enough to hold your neck and head where it’s intending to hold them. I’ve had it for nearly 4 months now, and the quality of the pillow is still great. A great investment for me.

When you have arthritis in your neck, at times it is very difficult to get quality sleep. I have bought so many different kinds of pillows that I’ve lost count. I have tried to sew my own pillows many times. This pillow is perfect for me because the height of the pillow and the indent for my neck work are ideal. I mainly sleep on my back, which I have adjusted to over the last 5 to 10 years. There are times during the night when I flip over onto my left side, but this pillow still works for that. I have bought several of these pillows in case they ever stop making them so that I don’t have to try to sleep on a pillow that doesn’t fit my neck or my situation. If you have a stiff neck like I do, you should definitely give this pillow a try.

It helps relieve the pain

I have been looking for a cervical neck pillow for a while now and I think I finally found the one! I suffer from neck and shoulder pain due to my job, always looking down. This pillow helps me to relieve the pressure in my neck and relaxes my shoulders. I really like that it's adjustable, I can change the height of the neck support and I like that there is a piece for under the shoulders. I've had this pillow for a couple of weeks and I don't sleep on it all the way through the night as I am predominantly a side sleeper, but its great for back sleeping and it also works for in between the knees when you are on your side.
