I was told that most post menopausal women are low in Mg, and this specific type of Magnesium (Glycinate) would be helpful for specific issues around sleep. I bought gummies just bc I am not very good about taking pills, and I thought the fact that this would be like candy would make me more likely to take it. And so take it I did, for a couple of months. At first, I did not notice any changes, but just continued taking it bc they are yummy. But eventually I noticed that my sleep was less interrupted. This helped not with falling asleep, but with staying asleep. So yes, this brand is tasty. And if you are taking it for sleep issues, make sure to give it a few months before making a decision about whether it was effective.

These have been a god send, they work great I take two about 30 minutes before bed. This is the brand my doctor recommended me and they get delivered so quick. I wouldn't recommend taking more than 4 in a day though.

Hey! What were you guys thinking! Putting gummy vitamins in a jar with an opening smaller than the container. It’s gummy’s you nit wits! I’m in humid Louisiana. The second I opened the bottle, all of the little bears linked arms and refused to come out! You can do better than that. A container with a mouth as big as the circumference of the container itself. It’s not brain surgery! Other than that - Great product! Great taste. Great sleep!

These taste great and give me the magnesium I need. My husband and I take them every night before bed.

These gummies have a good flavor and are easy to chew, but like others I find they stick together too much. I store the bottle upside down so the gummies are at least at the top of the bottle when I open them, then I carefully try to remove one without it breaking. As a result I’m on the hunt for a brand that doesn’t have that issue.
