Excellent product. Easy to use.

I suffered from an endless sinusitis, that had morphed from virulent to chronic and which I could not shake off. A number of people recommended nasal rinses but I was freaked out by the concept (I can’t even put my head under the water at the pool). Necessity prevailed, and I was overwhelmed by the choice. I chose this one as it seemed to offer good value for money and was not too wasteful if I ended up not using it. I was worried that some reviews mentioned the valve was fragile and I see what they mean but mine has been fine although I have been careful using it. I have been using it for a month, multiple times a day (now twice a day) and I feel like I am finally shaking off this bothersome congestion. Careful not to add additional nasties in my nose, I bought purified water from the chemist’s that I warm up in the microwave. I bought additional salt from the same supplier when what came with the pack ran out as it was also best value and very easy to use. Overall I am delighted with the apparatus and wished I had bought it sooner.

Really good value for money. Easy to use, and helps flush out your sinuses well. The sensation can be a bit odd but it's by no means uncomfortable. The thermometer strip is not useful but is a thoughtful addition.

Bought this nose cleaner bottle as I got sinusitis problem tried it , it works you get use to of it right after the first use all the fear or hesitation goes away Does helps to open the blocked nose good quality

Had a ' head cold' kept blowing my nose and just felt ' off' ..not ill as such but just not right ...took myself to bed and slept for a couple of hours..got up and thought I'd do the nasal flush ...had ordered it as my husband had had the same as I now had but he didn't use it ...read the instructions and didn't have the correct water. Googled if I could use boiled tap water..couldn't really get a definitive answer so didn't risk tap water ..husband got mineral water in the morning..used as directed and expected a stream of mucus to come out of my nasal passages but that didn't happen so I thought this hasn't worked but ...it had, I could breathe through my nose and I stopped sneezing ..then I found about 5 hr later I needed to do it again to give me that same clean feeling ..i am really impressed I feel nasaly very clear and, compared to how my husband was without the nasal douche, I am a lot, lot better then he was with his sneezing and blowing nose day ....and ..through the night...I am really impressed with this product and I really would recommend it ...I initially got this for my husband as he was so blocked up and sneezing, the, as I've said I used it but I really think if you have hay-fever and used this to flush your nasal passages would possibly help

Mixed thoughts on this product. Absolutely love the idea, having just learnt of it. I have had hayfever my entire life and it helps reduce my nasal irritation and leaves me more comfortable and far more refreshed. My doubt owes to the low flow rate. It's great to wash out sinuses, etc. but if I have any congestion, even minor it is just incapable of clearing it out. It's more to do with the design I'm sure, but I love the idea of this product and am happy to use this one on my young kids because of the low flow rate. Just for me as an adult it's not effective at clearing congestion, but really great for allergy relief if I'm not congested.

Not a lot to say really, it works as it should do, good product, easy to use, does a good job of clearing your nasal cavity

I was a little apprehensive in buying this as I’d never used one before. Overall, good product - simple instructions, easy to use (nothing to fear!), seemed to work as intended and simple to clean. Negatives - I found the stick-on thermometer a bit useless. I ended up having to shine a torch on it to read it properly. There’s a bit of guesswork as to when your previously boiled water might be near the required temperature window and value wise, it’s pretty simplistic, so £10 is probably a little expensive. Perhaps if they included more salts it would seem okay value.
