I went to my primary and found out my iron and ferritin were really low. A little history. My GP has been recommending that I find a way to absorb more iron into my diet. But, as a vegetarian I find that a challenge. Great product. I can take this on an empty stomach and it won’t make me feel nauseous at all. I love it.

This product has to many fillers. It also has Maltodextrin that can have a negative impact on the gut.

Edit, January 2026: these iron pills really do work. My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. I’ve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report. Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way. These feel like miracle pills for me and I'll stay on them as long as I need them.

This helped me get my iron levels up when I was vegan. I used to have a lot of fatigue and dizziness, especially after standing up, and poor circulation. I took these daily and these symptoms improved.
