The drivers side was extremely difficult to get the white plastic guide to snap through the hole in my glass. Didn't want to line up just perfectly and it took some pushing and a little bending to seat it. Once in - I was golden. Also, on the factory part, the two-wire power connection is mounted solidly to the motor. On the replacement, it hangs off loose.
