Assorted Zotz Bulk Candy - 2LB

I have been buying these candies for over 30 years and they are still as good as the first time i tried them!! An amazing sweet hard candy in seven delicious flavors and the middle is filled with sour fizzy yumminess and they don't skimp on the fizzy stuff either, each candy has just the right amount of excitement for your mouth! I constantly reorder these 2lbs at a time and they are worth ever penny!

I'd never heard of this candy before coming across it on another website, but, after trying a smaller package (with fewer flavors than the assortment Amazon offers), I fell in LOVE. My spouse and I -- mostly me -- DEVOURED the candy, and we promptly headed here to see if we could get a better price. We were pleased to find both a better price and a better selection. Now that we've tried all the available flavors, we can honestly say that this candy is one of the best choices that we've found for sour hard candies which are artificially flavored. Does that sound needlessly specific? As someone who is absolutely addicted to sour candy, I assure you that that specificity is necessary. Sometimes you just want fake watermelon hard candy, and nothing else will do -- but even then. you should not have to suffer through BAD fake watermelon candy. I can honestly say Zotz has some of the best artificial flavoring -- nearly across the board -- that I've ever come across in a Western candy. (If you've never tried Asian lychee or melon or even grape hard candy, do so!) Additionally, Zotz candy has a fizzy center, where the acidity is intensified, as is the faint saltiness of the candy. For me, this is a feature and not a bug. However, the saltiness can be intense enough in some of the flavors (grape and watermelon in particular) to be off-putting for some. On the other hand, having the more intense sourness on the inside of the candy rather than the outside (though occasionally some of the sour powder is present on the outside as well as the inside) makes for a more satisfying sour-candy experience.

I used to eat these things in junior high back in the 90s. Loved 'em! Still do - this bag is just as pictured - a big ol' bag of candy. Lots of assorted flavors I'd never seen before. I ate about 10 Zotz, blacked out a bit from sugar and fizz overload, then put them out in bowl. The younger humans love them and they are a nice lozenge-type treat to keep around. Some of the Zotz didn't really fizz like they used to, perhaps they had gotten a bit old? Still delicious though!

Loved them , their sealed in 2 different bags .I seen the reviews of how only too many orange or broken.This is NORMAL , NO NEED TO KNOCK THE SELLER .Its always that way with any seller. THE best part is pricing and getting this earlier than stated. THANK YOU AND WILL BE BACK⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first time trying any of the Zotz branded candies. The bag lasted in a home of four for about a month, which I'd say is a good value for the price, for sure. As for the flavor, at first they were really interesting and new, and I was really enjoying them, but towards halfway through the month, they started to taste just like regular hard candies, and the fizzy filling didn't seem as appealing as it initially did. This may be my own fault for consuming them so frequently over the month, however... If you're buying this for a party, or some other large social event, I'm sure you won't get burned out on them by the time the bag is gone. For smaller groups of people, I'd say go with the smaller size bag, or attempt to ration this one better than I did.

Brought this for tech week at the theater for the crew. Gone in 4 days. This candy rocks, and only one stage manager didn’t like it, but she doesn’t really like anything. I found out about these while I was in the Midwest, but it turns out there from Italy. Gluten free if you’re one of those freaks. If you like jolly ranchers, warheads, and fizzy stuff; this is kinda all three. Bulk packed, so about one in 10 were cracked, but I eat those anyway. There are starving children who would kill for broken candy.

I saw zots the other day for the first time in about 15 years, so i instantly ordered up some more on amazon. I remember them at the local grocery store, we would ride the bus down with some pocket money, and one stop was always the 10c bins of small candies. Zots would be in long strips like sausage links which these are not. You could pull as many as you like off of the roll and then walk around with your string of candy. These are a great assortment of flavors and still pack a punch like i remember. I will probably make my self sick tonight eating too many of them, i am always impatient and after sucking the hard candy for a few seconds bite in to get to the tangy power center then i have to get another one, just like when i was a kid.

A favorite candy from my childhood. Candy was fresh and sealed well. Perfect and unexpected addition to the candy drawer at work!
