The Twilight Shimmer, navy blue/purple liquid eyeliner by Charmacy is the most beautiful eyeliner color I've ever seen in my life! I was on a quest to find this exact color with shimmer for at least the past decade and every other product that I thought would come close was a disappointment. It applies smoothly, packaging is high end, no allergic reaction, and the color is magical, but not too shimmery to make you look like you're a circus performer. I'm not paid by Charmacy for this review, this is my genuine experience. Charmacy, please do not ever stop making this color, or if you do, announce it well in advance so that I can buy all of your inventory for the rest of my life. What a stunner.

I like this brand's selection of colors in trending styles & formulas, which are surprisingly comprehensive but still varied. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for what you get. This eyeliner is a beautiful color with just the right amount of glitter mixed in with the metallic shine & shifting multi-chrome colors. I have not had any problems with irritation or difficulty removing it when I want to. It doesn't feel cakey or dry with sharp edges like some other liquid eyeliners that I've experienced. Once it dries it stays on for a good long time, and so far I have not experienced any melting, running, flaking or fall-out when wearing this eyeliner (and at work, no less!). Charmacy is a reputable company with well-reviewed, good quality products offered in many colors, for very fair prices. This was not my first product from this brand, and it will not be my last. I will definitely be back for more of this gorgeous glittery multi-chrome liquid eyeliner, which I absolutely love & do highly recommend to anyone!

My granddaughter says this is dreamy. It is a bright, but light, color, which does not make her look too old or that she has on too much make-up- it looks light and fresh. The blue green is reminiscent of a mermaid color pallatte, which my granddaughter loves. She is 15 (going on 25) and this is perfect for her. It's easy to put on and comes off easily as well- which is a plus for a teen. It lasts most of the day, but will smudge and flake off over time.

I love this eyeliner so much! I’ve been on a multichrome makeup kick these days and have bought a bunch from a lot of companies, including Danessa Myricks, ColourPop, and randomly grabbed this one as well. It’s SO GOOD. The color is super vibrant, the liner last and lasts without smudging, and it dries so fast without being sticky. I’ve got sensitive skin and this does not cause any irritation. It works so well! But the best part is the applicator! All the other ones I’ve tried doing with larger foam-tip or doefoot applicators that create a thicker line than I want. This liner has a perfectly skinny brush that allows me to be so precise. It makes such a difference! I’m really not great at makeup application so I included a video but please don’t judge my skills - just judge the eyeliner. Even in low light you can see how vibrant it is! (Note I’m wearing a different color glitter shadow in my lids as well, only the eyeliner is this product.)

SO SO Pretty! #2 is a multichrome combo I haven't seen other brands do yet- I might have to get another just to be sure I always have it on deck. Highly recommend for Brown, Hazel and Green eyes with that plum/purple base! Obsessed!

Easy as any liquid eyeliner to use. I had to go over the line 2-3 times in some places to get a good concentration of color. Lasted as long as the other cheap liquid eyeliners I’ve bought. It’s a pretty purple, but it’s not as multi-dimensional as advertised. For a fun cheap purchase, I’m not disappointed, but I also am not running back to buy 3 more of them.

I had little faith in an imported eyeliner from a likely private label brand BUT it performs well. I needed a vibrant green liner and paired this over a black liner for contrast. I only wore this a few hours but it didn't smudge once set and stayed vibrant the whole night. There wasn't too much of a duo chrome affect which was nice since I wanted pure green. This liner applied very smoothly though it did get a little gunked up on my top lashes. That was an easy fix to wipe away from my lashes while the liner was still wet. I will definitely repurchase this when I run out!

I am absolutely in love with this liquid eyeliner! I have it in both the blue and the purple, and I can honestly say the colors are just as vibrant and intense as they look in the product pictures. The multicolor shift is beautiful, and it gives off the most fantastic metallic sparkle that really catches the light. It’s highly pigmented and applies really smoothly. I’m so impressed with the quality that I’ll definitely be coming back to buy the other shades. If you love a bit of "chameleon" glitter, this is a must-have!

I loooooove the colour. Quite opaque and easy to use. I hope it doesn't dry out as I only use it occasionally.

Fantastic product, glides on beautifully never smudges. after a very long hard wear of a few hours sweating it may flake off but will not smudge or run. it's fantastic, can always touch up but cleaning up runny eyeliner is a pain that you will never have with this product. this is my second purchase. Can be part of an elaborate look or just a little line with everyday makeup lifts the simple day makeup. Love it. haven't used anything else really since I found these almost a year ago. Bought a few as gifts and now they are repurchasing them. the packs with various colours are great value and give you variety of looks. can't rave about them enough.

Fantastic colours! I have been wearing these daily and absolutely adore. Easy to apply and very vivid. The liner does chip/wear by the early afternoon, hence 4 stars, but for the price they are fabulous!
