Tasty and actually helps with stress
These gummies are really good. They taste nice, not too sweet, and I like that they’re made with real fruit juice and no artificial stuff. I’ve been taking them daily and I do feel a bit more calm and balanced. It’s also great that they’re vegan and made in the UK. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I’ll definitely be buying more.

They certainly have assisted with staying asleep (I used to awaken at the least sound) so from that viewpoit they are good. I have not noticed the subsequent drowsiness that other similar preparation caused. They dissolve nicely on the tongue if you can resist the urge to chew! The flavour is pleasant if not entirely natural.

Strong Ashwaganda terrible after sales.
I ordered four bottles but only received three. I contacted the company but never received a response. The gummies are quite firm and leave a bitter aftertaste that caused me headaches. Be cautious, this is a very strong ashwagandha product.
