So, my physical therapist recommended that I buy one of these for my back pain. This Corrector works perfectly for helping me have better posture. This posture corrector does not allow me to slouch and has saved me so much neck and back pain. It's very easy to get into and adjust to my own fit and comfort. I can see a difference in the way that I hold myself even when I am not wearing it now.The price is right, and it does as it advertises to do. I carrying myself with authority and confidence is really important. I've never had superb posture, but after I had my daughter I noticed that I hunched a lot more than before. I ordered this on a whim to see if it might help, and it really does! Even my chiropractor is commenting on how much better my posture is. And, it's quite comfortable to wear.
