Good build quality. Though watch out for a torn or missing protective mesh that a new cylinder arrives with. I won't buy any other more expensive cylinder since this does the job perfectly. Used it for R22 recovery.

Very good recovery cylinder. It’s well made and very solid, it doesn’t handle like the cheaper manufactured ones. This was a good buy for me at $99.00. Plus, I like to play it safe and I definitely did not want to compromise buying a lower grade with the possibility of a tank blowing up in my face. I feel safe and most certainly happy with this purchase.

Here is the picture of the label on the tank and the stamp specs on the top of the tank additional info the 2 threaded fitting on top of the tank are not automotive R134A compatible you have to buy a adapter to fit automotive style hoses

The tank came as promised. It looks good and should do the job. My tank has a water capacity (W.C.) of 26.1 lb. Times 80% and the capacity is 20.88 lbs of refrigerant holding capacity. I see that some reviews worry about the tank exploding, but the valve comes with a safety just like all DOT approved cylinders. That safety will pop long before the tank fails. All in all it is a quality tank for a smoking good price. Just don't overfill it.
