This powder blends extremely well in smoothies and protein shakes, and has become a staple for us at home. This stuff tastes great and makes all of my smoothies taste better. I have noticed the benefits of these daily greens after about 3 days. I highly recommend this to add some much needed nutrition to your diet.

I ordered two bottles at first and was impressed enough that I’ve been through about 8 by now. The biggest improvement was my gut health. I throw in a scoop of creatine and they blend well. The peach just tastes sweet but the pineapple one tastes pretty good. I just down it in one shot. I did notice that the longer I took it, the less it helped with my gut health and I added another cheaper probiotic to my daily and it helped. That may just be the way my body adjusts to it. I recommend it to my friends.

Plenty of good stuff in this, but I truly question the "peach" flavor. You're drinking greens and it tastes more like that with a slight hint of some fruit flavor. SLIGHT. I'm a fan of the Jocko Protein and Hydrate products. On this one, the jury is still out for me!

I took it as directed yesterday and today and my stomach is pretty upset. I’m a big fan of supplementing to make sure that I get enough nutrients and fiber, but this one might not be for me. Sometimes it does take time for your stomach to adapt, so I may back off and take a half serving once a day and see if it helps. I don’t eat enough greens and generally love meat… so my stomach probably just isn’t used to this right now. Just be warned if you’re like me and wear any sort of work/ duty belt with gear or tools on it, that thing may need to come off at a moments notice when you first start taking this lol. It might be for the best in the long term though. Guess I’ll try to update my review in a couple of weeks.

I love this stuff! I drink it everyday. It took a few days to really enjoy the flavor. I really enjoy it now.
