I have been using these in my shoes for a few months now and they add comfort without too much bulk. They’re a firm material that offers support without being too soft or squishy. They stick well too and I was even able to move and adjust them in the sole of my ankle bootie by carefully peeling them up from the sole. They seem quite durable and the textured surface is not too slippery, so it may prevent your foot from sliding too much but I wouldn’t count on that function. It did a good job providing me with pain relief in 3 and 4 inch heeled ankle booties.

These inserts are a game changer for my high heels. They help my feet from sliding forward with a soft comfortable cushion and the heel helps keep my foot from rubbing.

These are extremely comfortable to wear in heels. I was surprised that the pad of my foot didn’t hurt after wearing for several hours. Pad stayed in place during wear.

I bought these Inserts, and overall, they’ve made my shoes much more comfortable. They cushion the ball of the foot really well, reduce pressure, and help shoes that are slightly too big fit better. The padding feels soft yet supportive, and they work well in both heels and casual shoes. However, the adhesive doesn’t hold very well after a few wears, it starts to come loose and shifts around, especially if your feet get warm or you switch shoes often. I wish the adhesive was stronger or more durable.
