ObozMen's Katabatic Low Hiking Shoe

Love these shoes and they are comfortable.

The shoe fit great but I walk on trails and also concrete. The sole has these gripping nubs which I felt would wear out quickly on concrete. The nubs seemed to be maybe 40-50 percent of the sole surface. I was afraid of premature wear.

The media could not be loaded.  I had these for 3 weeks now, wear everyday to work. Already the water proofing is gone my feet get soaked in wet grass. I really really liked these style oboz and still do except they are falling apart already. Maybe for a hiking shoe as it’s intended for and waterproofing as much as small puddles and light rain but for what I do, swimming pool installer they didn’t hold up. For the price I expected way better but it’s still a good shoe overall just no for me

These do not feel like the regular Oboz hikers. The soles seem a bit thin in the front section. Most other Oboz have extremely solid soles. The Oboz Sawtooth X Low B-DRY is much more solid. The Katabatic is a nice lightweight hiker, but the Saucony Excursion Tr16 Trail hikers are more supportive as a warm-weather option.

After one month the shoes fabric started to get worn out especially by where you bend your toes. The shoes did look good though.
