Last year due to some issues with my liver and gallbladder organs, I was on the lookout for some liver care. Found many supplements but somehow I chose this one, probably because the additional herbs and quantity seemed good. Upon taking it, I got slight relief from my gallbladder associated discomfort. It did cause other improvements in digestion related functions. Sometimes if you take the capsule on an empty stomach, you might get reflux and can get the taste of other herbs in the reflux gas. I couldn't verify the TUDCA content since I'm not a chemist but I've heard that TUDCA tastes bitter if you taste the powder directly. Not brave enough to gulp down the capsule powder.
