this computer came as promised and was everything it said. lots of space and no issues as of yet. great price as well

This computer is a problem
I purchased this computer to save space and improve speed. I had a 10 year old HP computer. After installing this one, my speed has slowed and I have given it every chance to improve. Do not buy this if you are trying to be more efficient. Keep looking.

LOVE THIS ONE
Love this PC. It's lightweight which makes it easy to move around. Sometimes I'll move to the kitchen table while I want to converse or watch TV while I'm working. Setup was a breeze!!

Good desktop but frustrating set up
My client bought this to replace the other computer she had which was crap. Overall the install was easy but she has had a hard time with getting it to open without her being able to remember her passwords. Very fustrating for elderly and/or disabled.

Ridiculously Slow
This computer was so slow it must have been defective. Constantly lagging. I returned it within 2 weeks of purchase and had to ask about the refund 5 days after they received the return. And for some reason, the company only refunded $386 instead of the full $436 I originally paid.
