We ordered one that ended up leaking. (It wasn’t properly sealed) It was easy to return. The replacement works great and my husband loves it! Easy company to work with and great product!

Gifting- I ordered 2 individual charred barrel tumblers as gifts for bourbon lovers. (I personally do not care for bourbon) First impression- packaged nicely, had a smell which was a little weird to me. Felt light and cheap.... but maybe they ate supposed to be that way. The oak finish was a light stain not a dark stain. Decided to have my bourbon Loving husband to try this out before I gifted these, at $25 a pop, it didn't feel entirely worthy. HIS first impression- cheap, China made. After hamdwashing and allowing to sit and breath a bit to nix the chemical smell ( since chemicals aren't used ????) There was a clearly a waxy finish on the charred part, so it would make it a little difficult to taste any of that into the flavor of your bourbon. After having a bourbon in it.... he was underwhelmed. It kept his drink cold, no change in the flavor, was a cool concept. All in all, not worth the $25, it was a nice look and conversation peice ... which you can get much cheaper. Side note : A little research yeiled, The company is US based but the products are not. Final take, if your looking for a true bourbon char taste you'll wanna splurge on that hand crafted, US harvested and 100% US company that's much pricier. If your looking for cool conversation giftable tumbler, this will probably do, but I'm thinking their may be better available and probably for less.

I bought these for my son in laws for Christmas as they like to drink bourbon. They both loved them and couldn’t wait to try them out. They both commented that they feel great, looks well made and said with the large round ice cubes it will be perfect. It may have been their best gift!

It’s a pretty cup; neat idea, but my son just used it for the first time and it leaked on the table. Table not a problem but a waste of good bourbon!

Looks good, nice packaging

Bought 2 of these as a special gift as the image showed them beautifully packaged and the presentation of this gift means a lot. Mine came in crappy damaged cardboard boxes, the cups themselves are nice. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase.

Cheap Chinese rubbish - not the real thing at all - AVOID - should not be allowed to sell

I purchased this for my brother and it is so beautiful ! The packaging was excellent and it’s truly a masterpiece of craftsmanship. My brother has used it and he is a scotch snob , he found it wonderful with the slight Smokey flavour . I highly recommend it

I am so disappointed that this is not infact OAKSIP. I ordered these for my dad for Christmas and paid a pretty penny for them. The cups themselves seem okay, but who's to say what wood was used, if it was chemically treated (they have a chemical smell to them). Is it a very misleading ad and if I am paying for a specific brand name, I expect the brand name product to arrive. At first, I thought it was just the packaging that was mislabelled, which would have been fine, but the bottoms are not branded either, which only leads me to believe that this is a scam and a fake product.
