Vampire The Masquerade: Core Rule Book (Fifth Edition)

This substantial rule book was purchased as a replacement for my 1990's first edition rules. It is very well written and bound. Highly recommend adding page tabs to the sections you will need most so you can zip back and forth during the game. As a role playing Vampire the Masquerade (VtM) tries to make the role playing (playing a role) more important than roll playing (rolling dice). If that is what you are looking for in a game, then I highly recommend this rule book!

This is my first time looking over a ttrpg that isn’t D&D and wow! The book itself is impressive. Art work is good, the book is well made and interesting to read. The only thing I will say is it seems daunting to learn. I’m a little nervous about starting the game but I *think* I understand enough to try!

Starting my journey with Vampire The Masquarade has been a treat, but this book has a lot of merit on its own. It's beautiful decorated and quite easy to read.

I was a bit dubious about ordering after reading the previous reviews. This book arrived quickly, all cellophane in tact and in good condition. There is a little wear at the corner of the book, see pictures, but other than that it is perfect. No horror stories such as the other reviews. There is no pdf thing in it, and I don't know if there's supposed to be one as its not advertised as having it.

The book is really nice, art and rules are good. Having fun with it and would recommend it

Vampire 5th Edition is pretty great. However my review is for this particular item on amazon, which is fulfilled by Amazon themselves, rather than the system or contents. I wish I'd listened to the other reviews as someone in their warehouse is opening the shrink wrap and damaging the book in the process, stealing the codes redeemable for a free PDF copy, and then shipping the books out like this. Disgusting. There's a separate Amazon listing fulfilled by Asmodee, use that or a different site entirely. Mine looks like its 2nd hand and I get no PDF code, completely unacceptable and probably illegal.
