These sandals are lovely- very comfortable- adjustable straps with velcro fasteners. The attached buttons make them dressier. The heels are not as high as the Aravon Katy- almost like wearing flats. The only negative is the insole- The Katy has a suede insole which absorbs moisture more so that your foot does not stick to it. These have a smooth surface so feet do stick a little after wearing. On the other hand as these don't absorb foot moisture they should not discolor. Time will tell. BUT overall these are another example of quality Aravon design. I liked that the Velcro DID NOT show!!! Velcro showing is a deal breaker for me. I returned them because it was about a half size too long.
