Being gummies they are easy to swallow. I don’t eat carbs and this supplement helps wit h the leg cramps

Best sleep ever when I take these at bedtime. I recommend these as a sleep aid supplement - they knock me right out within half hour of eating two.

OK so my doctor said I had to take potassium and magnesium every day because I’m getting older. Yay. Lol. These have been the best gummy’s that I found, that helped the most with getting the amount of magnesium and potassium that I need, also they help with aches and pains. And I sleep better. So I’m gonna keep taking them!

Until I get about half way through the bottle. I have the hardest time getting them out of the bottle. The last few I have to get a knife to get them out. I know it sounds silly but it’s hard for an old woman with small hands…I have to get a knife to get them out. I’m usually in bed when I take them so it’s a major inconvenience. I’m going to try another brand to see if they are easier. I only take gummy supplements and these are the only ones I struggle with
