These really seem to be working for me. They taste great. I do feel as though I have more energy, motivation, and clarity of mind. Will definitely repurchase.

Pleasant tasting with a slight aftertaste. Contains 10 calories per serve. One gummy is one serve unlike many other gummy packs. 2 g of carbohydrates and 1 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup, cane sugar. Plant-based. Contains Vitamin C, Niacin, Folate and vitamin B6. I was concerned about the amount of B6 in this as regular high dose of B6 can be dangerous. I checked my other supplements and found that the multivitamin also had B6. Too much B6 can cause nerve damage. I'll be looking for a Vitamin B supplement with less B6 next time.
