If you have a young person that struggles with writing or doesn't like to write, this might be the pen for them. First of all this pink EnerGel pen is gorgeous! The color is a very pink rose gold. I'm a self diagnosed pen junkie and realized long ago the right one makes a huge difference. This one has the perfect weight to it. Not lightweight like a disposable pen, but not too heavy. The "liquid gel ink" writes so smooth and effortlessly and dries immediately with absolutely no smudging. It comes with a medium point black ink cartridge that is a true ink black color. As with most pen people I prefer a specific point size and ink color and personally I prefer a medium over a fine point and blue ink over black. I ordered an additional two pack of EnerGel medium point 0.7 mm blue ink cartridges (from Amazon for less than $3.00) and couldn't be happier. I love that a refillable pen allows the flexibility of choosing color and point size. Because of technology I don't handwrite near as much as I did and my penmanship has suffered. With this pen I find myself intentionally writing more and my handwriting has returned to normal. I think this pen would be great for students or anyone who is looking to improve their quality and quantity of handwriting. I'll probably order another one in a different color because they're just so nice looking. Included pictures ~ first with and then without the flash on.

I been using Pentel Energel for a long time. It’s a great pen to use. It writes very smooth and the alloy version has enough weight for me. It’s not too heavy and but its not too light. The ink it came with was made in Japen but the alloy is made somewhere else. This was bough as a gift and she loved it. I bought this on Oct 8th, 2025 for $6.29

Ok. So I have tried many, many pens over the years. I have an obsession with pens, pencils, markers and office/art supplies in general. Previously, my all time favorite pens were the Flair's, the felt tip ones. I had used some gel rollers in the past but did not like them for various reasons, either they were not smooth to write with, the ink would smudge easily or whatever else. These pens, the EnerGEL series, this includes these alloys, the pearls and the RTX's, are all absolutely the best pens I have ever used. I picked up a full set (every color) of the RTX's, and immediately fell in love with them. Amazing ink, smooth as silk and actually makes my handwriting look WAY better. They are a pleasure to hold and use. The colors are vibrant and really pop off the pages. Next, I picked up some of the Pearls , these are very nice looking pens with the white grip and details. Awesome. Finally, I went ahead and ordered a silver alloy one as well as a box of ink refills. This is easily my all time favorite pen. I got my Wife a purple one and she also, is in love with it. I do not let my co-workers touch this pen as I don't want it getting stolen. When I get up from my desk for a quick break or even more a moment, it comes with me. These are easily the nicest pens in existence. I plan on getting a full set of alloys be over the next few months as well as boxes of ink refills. The value is outstanding. Just order one already! 👍

This pen is great and writes really well. I wanted fancy pen to use at work to feel cool. I first ordered a pen that was $13.82 and thought that since it was almost $14 for a singular pen, it might be good. Wrong. Price does not reflect quality. This pen that was $6.19 is miles better. I even bought 2 more so I could have one at home and give one to my mom. It not only writes well, but it looks super sleek as well. It's not plastic, the sheen is nice, the color is on point, not too bright and childlike but still fun and stands out. I did not purchase the one with colored ink so I can't speak on the quality or color of that one because I think spending $18 on 3 pens is enough for now. A pop of purple to brighten up my journal pages. Love this pen. Nice metal weight-not too heavy. Took a while to receive it (3 weeks) but I will say this pen is a keeper! Nice quality, no smudges or globs and priced under $7.00. Best of all, it’s refillable! Makes a great stocking stuffer/gift but definitely get 1 or 2 for yourself. Beautiful pen and amazing, fast drying in but very heavy to write with.

This has been my favorite pen for years. I love the quality of the pen and that I can buy refills for it instead of buying a whole new pen. It writes very boldly in black ink. Be aware that it may smudge at first but it dries quickly. You can buy ink refills in other colors if you’d prefer a color other than black.

Very nice pen, easy to use, great color and these things last forever. I have an engraving business and these also engrave well.
