Jamonprive Folding Ham Stand with Non-slip Pads - The Original Ham Holder for Spanish Hams and Italian Prosciutto

I've bought this ham stand after watching plenty of ham slicing videos on youtube. I knew it had to be sturdy but I also knew it will be an extra equipment I'll have to store and I already struggle with space in my kitchen. So I was very happy when I found this folding option! One of my other concerns was the upper end, where the trotter side goes. I really wanted it open, a half-circle rather than a full circle, in case I choose a bigger ham in the future. This one has this option too, so no matter how big jamon you're getting, it will fit into this jamonero. It really does the job well and it looks ver nice too! Both the wooden and the metal parts are very nicely finished and it's very easy to assemble! The additional knife is ok, but it's not at the same standard as the stand. It's flexible and comes with a plastic blade case, but I've seen better ones before. It does the job though, but you'll need other types of knifes too to carve the entire ham. I recommend you to check youtube for carving tips! All in all I am very happy with my purchase, it is a very good ham stand, I love it! It also arrived next day (on a Sunday)!! It's very good value for money!

The reason for our purchase was because we were given a ham for Christmas. I was going to order one of the many cheap ones out there until having a discussion with my wife concerning the possibility of us getting another ham at a later date, considering our love of all cured meats, we figured we would definitely do so. After opening the box on arrival I instantly knew we made the right choice. Although not stainless steel, it is very nice quality, stylish, foldable and extremely sturdy asssembled. Once the ham was secured in place it did not budge at all. Knowing what I know now, I would buy this even for a single ham considering that it costs only double than the cheapest rubbish stand out there. Remember, you buy cheap you buy twice, so save yourself some grief and just buy yourself one of these!

Nice and solid. Used for a Jamón over Christmas in Spain. Worked just great. The hinged arm is inspired. When not in use, fold it down; - makes it nice and compact for storage. Not over impressed with the knife, hence 4 stars and not 5

Very impressed with the quality of this jamonero. Simple yet sturdy construction and holds the jamon well. Folds down so easy to store when not in use. Great value for money.

Excellent quality stand, which is robust and sturdy once constructed. I am using this for a 7.5kg Serrano ham, which fits comfortably and is held securely in place for slicing by this stand. Stand folds up when not in use to be easily stored in a cupboard or deep draw. I would recommend this product.

Having owned a cheap wooden ham stand previously, I didn't have high-hopes for this one given that the price is comparable. I'd brought a ham over from Spain and needed a stand however, so thought that I would give it a whirl. Very pleasantly surprised to discover that the product was much better than I had imagined, solidly built and looks great on the counter with the ham. For the price, you can't go wrong

The jamonera is very sturdy and easy to put together. I love that it is foldable which will make storing it very easy once we have finished the jamon. I would definitely recommend this product

Hemos tenido la suerte que nuestra empresa nos ha regalado un jamoncito y ocurría que estábamos sin jamonero, pues el último que teníamos ya pasó a la historia. Ahí empezó la búsqueda exhaustiva del jamonero, y la verdad que este ha sido el que más me ha convencido. Es cierto que había jamoneros por 8-10€ pero me asustaban un poco las críticas. Este jamonero es de un precio muy superior, pero tengo que decir que me ha impresionado por la calidad. Además que la estética es de un "jamonero profesional" con el detalle del serigrafiado en fuego de la marca, es un jamonero plegable. Que ocurre con los jamonero, que cuando no hay jamón es un trasto que no sabes donde ponerlo. Por eso acabamos tirando el último a la basura (además que estaba ya antiguo sin uso). Este sin embargo, lo pliegas y lo colocas donde quieras. El jamonero lo tienes que armar tu pero siguiendo las instrucciones es muy sencillo y lo tienes en marcha en 5 minutos. Además es muy estable tiene 4 gomas en la base (que tienes que colocar al armarlo) que hacen que no se mueva, y puedas cortar el jamón con seguridad. Luego tiene 2 puntos de anclaje de sujeción del jamón, uno en la "maza" que es la base del jamón, que es un pincho y otro para la "punta" de la para que es otro pincho pero en la que tu graduas la sujeción. Al final el jamón no era tal y era una paletilla aunque de pata negra. Y tengo que decir que a duras penas llega para sujetar ambos extremos de la pata del jamón, aunque lo sujeta. Por lo que para un jamón de tamaño normal es perfecto. En definitiva lo barato sale caro y por eso he apostado por este bonito jamonero, muy funcional y plegable, que recomiendo al que esté interesado en su compra.

Sehr gute Halterungen um die ersten ganz dünnen Scheiben vom spanischen Schicken entnehmen. Da lagt den spanischen Schinken vor mir. Schnell im Internet geschaut wie bekommt man die dünnen Scheiben von dem spanischem Schicken runter wie in Spanien. Dass ist meinen zweiten Schinkenhalter, aber dass ist vom weiten den Besten. Solide gebaut, praktisch mit dem umklappbaren Arm und Gummifüße für den besseren Halt. Dieses Produkt wird lang leben. Ein scharfes flexibles Messer liegt bei. Dieses Messer erfüllt den Bedarf, die Klinge ist flexible aber auch sehr scharf. Habe sie trotzdem noch schärfer geschliffen. Nach den passenden Vorbereitungen an den Joselito Schinken konnte ich die ersten dünne Scheiben genießen. Ein sehr gute Produkt, einfache Handhabe und ein absoluten passenden Preis. Le support est plutôt joli (planche en bois verni, pied en métal), pas trop gros, et pratique car il est pliable (le support monté plié rentre dans la boîte d’origine, donc c’est pratique pour le rangement). Ce qui est très bien aussi, c’est qu’il n’y a pas besoin d’avoir des outils chez soi pour pouvoir le monter ! Je suis étudiant et n’ai pas de tournevis chez moi, et grâce à un petit « visseur » inclus avec les pièces, j’ai pu le monter immédiatement, et ça c’est quand même un sacré plus ! Pour ce qui est de l’utilisation, j’en suis plutôt satisfait : les petits « pieds » sont très agréables (la planche ne glisse pas sur la table quand on coupe le jambon), la vis fixe bien le jambon, de ce point de vue là rien à redire, je suis très satisfait ! Quelques points négatifs : tout d’abord, j’ai reçu ce support à jambon un jour en retard par rapport à la date annoncée par Amazon lors de la commande et tout au long de l’envoi. Je ne sais pas si cela est dû à Amazon ou au distributeur, mais bon je n’ai reçu ni explication ni excuse suite à ce retard de livraison. Du coup je n’ai pas reçu le support à temps pour l’évènement pour lequel je l’avais commandé… De plus, le colis a été visiblement maltraité durant le voyage : plusieurs marques de chocs et plusieurs trous sur le carton, dont un gros trou sur un des côtés qui laisse apparaître le produit, je trouve ça quand même scandaleux de se faire livrer un colis dans cet état... Et surtout, pas un mot d’excuse ou d’explication de la part du livreur ou d’Amazon (je ne sais pas qui est responsable des dégradations du colis), rien… Enfin tout ça pour dire que j’étais vraiment énervé de recevoir ce colis en retard et dans un mauvais état. J’ai quand même décidé d’ouvrir le colis, et heureusement pour moi le produit était encore en bon état ! Donc je ne l’ai pas renvoyé. Je recommande donc ce support à jambon, qui possède un bon rapport qualité/prix. J’avais hésité entre celui-ci et un support moins cher, mais les commentaires m’avaient convaincu de ne pas hésiter à investir un peu plus d’argent dans ce produit, et je ne le regrette pas ! En revanche, oubliez le couteau fourni avec ce support, il est de qualité moindre, mieux vaut acheter un meilleur couteau qui ne déchiquètera pas la viande. Et son côté pliable est vraiment un avantage, donc je pense avoir trouvé le compromis qui m’allait le mieux.
