This morning I opened the box, fixed a bowl, and it just didn't taste as good as the first box (bought in a store). Tasted a bit stale. I checked the expiration date (which I usually do immediately, but didn't this time) and it's best if used by date???? July 30. I took a star away for that reason, gave 1 star because seller had it, 1 star because it's gluten free, and 1 star because I got it quickly.
