Buyer beware !These are very pretty, but they’re a little bit on the thin side even for microfiber. We’ll see how they hold up. I should’ve read more carefully. I wasn’t looking for microfiber, kitchen towels, and these aren’t hemmed around the edges. They have stitching around the edges like a potato sack. I guess you get what you pay for. I haven’t used them yet so we’ll see about absorbency. I’m sure they’ll drive very fast because they’re so thin. One bonus is that where they finish the hem they turn that in into a loop so that you can hang them on a hook. The photos I post are a stack of eight and I put the writing pin next to the stack for size comparison. I was going to buy the matching potholders, but on second thought I probably won’t because they will most likely be as thin as these towels. I suppose these would be good in a tiny kitchen where spaces of the essence.

So I gave this set as a gift to my SIL. She seemed delighted. I hope they are absorbent. They looked to be microfiber.
