Good for my tinnitis
I was recommended to take this supplement by my acupuncturist for ear tinnitis. She recommended that I increase my dosage. When I did that my tummy erupted. So she converted me to the same drug ... different company ... higher dosage per pill ... pills were not the black rolly balls that are always out of control - pills are flat pills with higher dosage per pill.

Good stuff
My acupuncturist started me on this to control my inner ear problem. He's also trained as an internist, so he knows what's what. I can't be sure that this made a difference, but my Meniere's attacks are fewer, and it's not expensive.
