It works to some degree but less. For me it helped to reduce the overall size of the dark circles under eyes but that's the extent of what's it capable of doing. Add to that it lightened a bit of the dark circles a bit. Worth giving a try but don't expect concrete and complete results. The pump mechanism is not perfect, you have to press lightly for it to work otherwise it will spurt out cream like a jet and it would spray all over.
